This one was to build the tallest free-standing tower out of cocktail sticks and marshmallows. To make it a bit more tricky (or should that be "sticky"?) the marshmallows were not the tiny ones (like the ones often served with hot chocolate and cream (sorry, those are reserved for sleep overs suppers!)) but the "normal" size ones.
Once the suggestion of cutting the marshmallows in to small pieces (and that is when it got "sticky") did the idea that a tall tower could be build. The idea of a "wide" base was attempted and "strengthening pieces" suggested.
Anyway, out of the four groups, two towers where successfully built.
